Change Management

"...HOW TO RIDE THE ROLLER COASTER..."

There's one aspect of life that never changes – and that's change itself. Small adjustments to massive upheavals characterize life; this roller coaster.  Sometimes we are the initiators of those changes, but more often, they are forced upon us.  Although we know conceptually that change is healthy and natural, it usually does not feel good initially and we often don't welcome it, in fact we usually fight it.

When given the option, we usually don't like to rock our boat of familiar routines. Consequently, we must continually adjust to changes that have been thrust upon us, or we may even avoid altogether initiating change that is being called for. It's important to remember that change becomes a problem only if we can't recover from it or use it positively.  The good news is that there are many ways we can effectively manage the changes in our personal and professional lives.

This training solution identifies and examines strategies to help the attendees manage and use change to achieve positive outcomes.
