David C. Sanford is an intercultural training specialist with more than 25 years of experience in the field.  Having spent his formative years growing up in several cultures, he has lived and worked for over thirteen years in the UK, Taiwan, India, Iran, Italy and Japan. These experiences have given him a profound understanding and insight into the challenges faced when living/working in diverse cultures. Mr. Sanford’s corporate experience includes designing and facilitating trainings, international sales and marketing, business coaching, and transnational strategic business development. Fortune 500 companies as well as educational institutions in the United States, Europe, and Asia have benefited from his expertise. Over the past three years Mr. Sanford has conducted hundreds of intercultural programs for individuals and groups. David has also coached numerous executives in a variety of positions on topics ranging from leadership to organizational change and integration.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Management from The School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. He obtained his B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. He is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California.
