MEETING THE CHALLENGE OF DISTANCE COMMUNICATION

Consider the way that most of us communicate locally and globally—emails, texts and phone calls if we have to. The rapid evolution of communication technology has made it possible for many of us to work together in ways we never imagined. One of the main characteristics of this connectivity is the absence of face-to-face interaction. Instead, we use our computers, tablets, or smart-phones.

This training offers participants an opportunity to explore the challenges of virtual communication and leadership. Characterized by an integration of theory, practical application, and plenty of opportunity for discussion, this interactive program affords the participants several hands-on skills to meet the virtual communication challenge.
